💼 About This Role

You'll lead professional services engagements for cloud data solutions at Snowflake, a leader in the data cloud. You'll own services strategy, drive revenue, and ensure customer success. This role is fully remote within the Eastern Timezone.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own services sales execution and project delivery for key accounts.
• Engage C-level executives to create and execute services roadmaps.
• Manage full professional services lifecycle: deal strategy to forecasting.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Sales and Services Delivery role.
• Direct experience in Data Warehousing, BI, or Cloud field.
• Proven track record of meeting booking, utilization, and consumption targets.
• Ability to communicate and translate effectively across internal teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms, AI, or personalization.
• Familiarity with Snowflake ecosystem or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience working with GSIs or other delivery partners.
