Description

As a Build Line Lead at Carvana, you will manage a team of hourly associates in our Inspection Center to ensure vehicles are reconditioned efficiently and meet our rigorous quality standards. You'll oversee production goals, coach team members, and help maintain a safe, high-performance work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record (last 3 years)
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Experience using computers
• Demonstrated functional expertise in Carvana's reconditioning process

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly inventory production goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team, identify areas for improvement
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members
• Lead training on Quality Control standards to minimize re-work
