Description
As a Paid Media Strategist, you will own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media campaigns. You'll manage campaigns across various clients, analyze data to drive strategy, and collaborate with account leadership to evolve the paid media mix within broader marketing goals.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with 1+ in an agency setting
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development
- Significant campaign management experience in Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, Local, or Bing Ads
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated, and excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Manage paid search campaigns across clients, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes
- Analyze campaign performance data and data from client-specific tools (e.g., GA, Shopify) to provide action plans
- Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions
- Maintain frequent communication with internal teams and clients
- Utilize AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to optimize workflows
