You'll collaborate across teams to create modular, reusable components and mitigate code design flaws. This role offers the chance to accelerate AI research by building internal tooling for debugging, evaluation, and experiment tracking.

• Design and maintain foundational frameworks and tools for expert teams
• Collaborate with teams to validate use cases and build robust solutions
• Identify and mitigate high-level code design flaws and workflow inefficiencies
• Advocate for good practices through code reviews and documentation

📋 Requirements

• Excellent software engineering skills in Python, Go, or Rust
• Extensive experience designing and maintaining modular reusable systems
• Experience collaborating with engineers and researchers on complex requirements
• Experience building internal tooling to accelerate AI research workflows
