You'll act as the trusted local HR advisor for Vonage's UK operations, partnering with managers and global HRBPs to execute people strategies. Your core impact will be coaching leaders through performance challenges and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. This role offers a chance to influence regional EMEA initiatives while driving employee engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute HR strategies locally with Global HR Business Partners
• Coach managers on performance management and talent decisions
• Manage employee relations including investigations and disciplinary processes
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and analyze survey results

📋 Requirements

• Progressive HR experience in business partnering and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law including TUPE and redundancy
• Proven track record coaching managers on leadership capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
