Your work directly impacts safety and performance by providing root cause analysis, metrics, and visualization tools for perception models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Proven record leading a small diverse team supporting large user base
• Experience in machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse engineering team to deliver critical software for autonomous vehicle ML development
• Drive innovation in large-scale data warehousing and analysis
• Own large-scale data analysis workflows to surface impacts of ML/software changes
• Build high-quality datasets for edge case validation and ML improvement
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and manage project timelines
