Requirements

• 15+ years experience building and leading security and IT teams
• Experience executing security transformations including architecture and change management
• Dynamic leadership of multi-disciplined technology teams
• Deep understanding of complex system and infrastructure security challenges
• Track record of delivering results and managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic voice on Senior Management Team driving security and IT vision
• Design and drive strategy for security, compliance, and IT operational excellence
• Work with stakeholders to synthesize security and IT vision and drive adoption
• Oversee enterprise-wide security infrastructure strategies for scalability and reliability
• Lead, manage, and grow senior employees in security and IT teams
