You'll execute on support issues and automate resolution of repeat problems in a Java, Linux, SQL environment. You'll act as point of escalation for L1 helpdesk and mentor junior team members. This role also involves developing the SRE strategy to ensure scalability and reliability of our platforms.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Investigate and drive support resolution with senior external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Serve as point of escalation for support issues from Marquee Helpdesk (L1)
  • Develop and mature the SRE strategy to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Create documentation and code snippets for clients and internal teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience with SDLC/DevOps on Linux system platforms
  • Good Linux scripting skills in Java or Python
  • Knowledge of autosys/job scheduling like CRON, NIS, Apache, Tomcat
  • Knowledge of version control systems like CVS, SVN, GIT

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting 10000+ servers
  • ITIL and ITSM experience
  • Prior experience with a financial institution
