You'll lead a team of AI Deployment Engineers in Korea, ensuring successful deployment of generative AI applications for strategic customers. You'll own the strategy and operating model, driving production applications and API adoption while serving as a trusted technical advisor.

• Own strategy and operating model for the AI Deployment Engineering team in Korea.
• Lead, build, and mentor a team of high-performing AI Deployment Engineers.
• Serve as technical advocate, synthesizing customer needs for product roadmaps.
• Act as primary technical escalation point for executive-level stakeholders.
• Champion safe and innovative application of AI technology as thought leader.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical customer-facing role managing C-level relationships.
• 4+ years leading technical post-sales teams with hiring and development.
• Led complex implementations of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions.
• Effective communicator translating business and technical topics to all audiences.

• Knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
• Experience with API adoption and production applications.
• Multilingual skills (Korean and English).
