You'll join Flow's MENA team to develop highly accurate Revit BIM models and CAD documentation for high-end interior design projects. Your core impact will be translating ambitious design intent into technical packages that ensure flawless execution. This role stands out by blending design sensitivity with technical precision in a fast-growing real estate brand. Make an impact by owning joinery and millwork detailing for luxury residences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for architectural and interior design packages.
• Produce comprehensive interior design construction documents (plans, elevations, details).
• Create detailed drawing packages for bespoke joinery, kitchens, and furniture.
• Coordinate interior elements with structural and MEP disciplines for clash-free design.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in interior design documentation and high-end real estate or hospitality projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of furniture construction, millwork detailing, and material interfaces.
• Experience with BIM environments, model coordination, and LOD 300-400.

• Familiarity with Navisworks, Rhino, or SketchUp.
• Ability to work in fast-paced development environments with multiple concurrent projects.
