💼 About This Role

You'll perform light bodywork including prepping, sanding, buffing, and minor repairs for a high-volume vehicle reconditioning center. Your work ensures cars are ready for customers, directly impacting Carvana's mission of delivering exceptional vehicles. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prep, sand, and buff vehicles
• Remove and install bumpers
• Perform minor plastic welding
• Complete small area bodywork including Bondo repair

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Pass a background check
