You will lead teams focused on improving the speed, scalability, and reliability of web and mobile platforms. You'll set performance strategy, guide execution across the stack, and help teams turn performance insights into measurable improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering with focus on performance engineering or system optimization
• 3+ years in technical leadership or engineering management
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and performance characteristics
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript
• Experience with performance testing, benchmarking, and monitoring tools

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve performance engineering strategy with multi-quarter roadmaps
• Lead end-to-end performance architecture across applications, services, and cloud platforms
• Establish performance standards, KPIs, and benchmarking methodologies
• Guide performance engineering practices for web and mobile (load, stress, endurance, real-user testing)
• Drive frontend and backend performance improvements across APIs, services, databases, caching, networking, and application code
