You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls and chats to provide excellent service to clients and agents. You’ll manage a portfolio of agents, building relationships to increase transaction volume and profitability. This role uses Salesforce CRM to track interactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service for inbound and outbound calls and chats

  • Monitor transactions and resolve issues with agents and field staff
  • Maintain and grow agent portfolio to increase transaction volume

📋 Requirements

  • Understanding of the sales cycle with ability to close deals
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze the market and identify potential clients
