🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide customer service for inbound and outbound calls and chats
- Update contact records and document interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Monitor transactions and resolve issues with agents and field staff
- Maintain and grow agent portfolio to increase transaction volume
📋 Requirements
- Understanding of the sales cycle with ability to close deals
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze the market and identify potential clients

- Multilingual skills (French, Arabic, Portuguese preferred)
