You'll maintain the health of deployed air defense systems by identifying, triaging, and resolving incidents across a global fleet. Your analysis of incident data will drive decision-making across engineering, operations, and sustainment teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, triage, and troubleshoot incidents affecting deployed air defense assets.
• Initiate root cause analysis and produce trend analyses of incident data.
• Analyze and communicate data on asset health and performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on fleet sustainment through proactive hardware and software maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• Self-starter with a record of high achievement in multiple domains
• Ability to communicate and coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across functions
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or previous technical work experience
• Experience with Linux Command Line Interface (CLI)
• 1-2 years experience in government, military, defense, consulting, or manufacturing
