You'll lead a logistics team at our Erding hub, ensuring smooth last-mile delivery operations. Your core impact is driving team performance and process efficiency while maintaining safety standards. This role offers the chance to shape a newly opened hub from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage shift schedules and coach team members.
• Oversee incoming deliveries and coordinate replenishments.
• Maintain safety and operational standards at the hub.
• Collaborate with customer success and other hubs.

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in logistics or related field.
• First experience in team leadership.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Valid driver's license class B.
