You'll serve as the dedicated technical resource for strategic enterprise accounts, troubleshooting complex API and product issues while collaborating with Engineering and Go-To-Market teams. You'll translate customer insights into scalable solutions and drive process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Become a foremost technical expert for API and product offerings
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting and educate customers on optimal platform use
• Partner with Enterprise, Mobile, and API teams to resolve issues
• Translate learnings into scalable solutions and automations

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or similar roles
• Excellent proficiency in Python/NodeJS
• Good knowledge of a Cloud Service Provider (e.g., AWS)
• Hands-on experience with Agentic Coding tools (Claude Code, Codex)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building prototypes using AI-powered APIs
• Strong track record of building customer relationships
• Ability to switch contexts and work on multiple projects
