• Manage workshop organisation, bay allocation, and shift planning
• Coordinate job flow for timely turnaround and first-time quality
• Enforce standard operating procedures and safety compliance
• Monitor KPIs including turnaround times and maintenance efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in workshop or service operations
• Hands-on technical experience in mechanical or automotive maintenance
• Proven ability to manage workshop scheduling and resource allocation
• Experience with cost control and KPI-driven performance management
