💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 30-200 Runners and 5-10 team leaders at one of Picnic's Hubs in the Netherlands. You'll ensure smooth last-mile delivery operations and drive KPI improvements through hands-on management. This role offers a chance to work in a fast-growing scale-up with real impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and motivate a team of 70-200 Runners
• Manage end-to-end process from receiving to delivery
• Plan schedules and rosters for operational staff
• Improve Hub KPIs through cross-functional projects

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of leadership experience
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills
• Full-time availability
• Experience with service KPIs and operational data

✨ Nice to Have

• MBO or HBO degree (Supply Chain preferred)
• Project management skills
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce
