🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise hourly team to meet quality and productivity requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality and cost targets
• Provide training and mentorship to team members
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, automotive technology, or related field
• 4+ years of professional experience in automotive production
• 2+ years of experience building and managing teams
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 40 production operators
