🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions for service and sales.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and telephony/WFM/customer engagement platforms.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, LWC, and APIs.
• Implement AI-driven capabilities like intelligent routing and chatbots.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and maintain system performance and data integrity.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating with contact center platforms like TalkDesk, Genesys, RingCentral.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II.

✨ Nice to Have

• Service Cloud Consultant certification
• Integration experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gong, or Calendly
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or conversational AI
