You'll assist the Store Manager in leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve financial targets at a leading cannabis provider. You'll operate as Manager on Duty and represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador while educating guests on products. This role offers career growth opportunities in a high-growth industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise store operations including opening/closing, task delegation, and scheduling
• Manage cash handling, register counts, bank deposits, and bookkeeping
• Analyze inventory trends and manage ordering and stock levels
• Train and coach team members on customer service best practices

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail or customer service experience in a high-paced environment
• 1 year of retail supervisory experience
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
