• Conduct end-to-end selection processes for tech and corporate roles
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in recruiting
• Define attraction strategies with internal clients
• Manage pipeline: screening, interviews, alignment, and follow-up

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end recruiting experience for tech and corporate professionals
• Experience with high-complexity and high-volume hiring
• Ability to conduct intakes and profile alignments with clients
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

• Knowledge of ATS Lever
• Experience in international hiring (different countries/markets)
