💼 About This Role

You'll lead land development projects from planning to construction for a multi-disciplinary engineering firm. You'll drive new business and mentor a team while ensuring regulatory compliance in Ontario.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all phases of land development projects including planning, design, permitting, and construction.
• Prepare and submit timely estimates for Requests for Proposals.
• Serve as primary client contact, addressing inquiries and providing project updates.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and technicians.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license in good standing.
• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering focusing on land development.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules.

• Experience with stormwater design and hydrological modeling.
