💼 About This Role

You'll manage existing customer relationships and drive new revenue opportunities for Five9's cloud contact center software. Core impact: establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to upsell and cross-sell Five9's products, with a strong focus on AI offerings. This role comes with a defined list of existing accounts and a hunting license.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cultivate relationships with existing customers to understand their needs
• Develop sales strategy with Five9 team to identify growth opportunities
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Five9 products
• Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and events

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of successful sales experience
• Track record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience in CCaaS and/or SaaS with 100-3000 agent accounts
• Ability to sell at the C-level
