🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and monitor class schedules for multiple studios
• Deliver revenue and sales targets, manage profitability
• Develop local marketing initiatives to drive traffic
• Lead and develop Head Coach-Community Managers

📋 Requirements

• Multi-unit management experience (3-5 years preferred)
• People management in fitness, retail, or hospitality (3-5 years preferred)
• Group fitness instruction or training experience (2 years preferred)
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel, Sheets)

• Bachelor's degree
