Description

You will support the Naval Postgraduate School's Extended Campus programs by integrating instructional technologies into graduate-level courses delivered in-residence and through distance-learning. Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement, provide training and troubleshooting for learning tools, and ensure materials meet academic and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design/technology supporting in-residence and distance-learning environments
• BA/BS degree in education, instructional design, instructional technology, or related discipline
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Experience partnering with faculty to integrate instructional technologies into course design for remote/distance-learning
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and delivery of instructional materials for in-residence, hybrid, and distance-learning courses
• Collaborate with faculty to incorporate instructional technologies enhancing teaching effectiveness and student engagement
• Provide training, guidance, and troubleshooting for instructional technology tools and platforms
• Assist with implementation of learning technologies aligned with adult learning principles
• Support quality assurance processes for academic, usability, and accessibility standards
