Description

As a Principal TPM, you will manage program information for Structures and Materials Process Engineering work packages, ensuring on-schedule and on-budget delivery. You will collaborate with work package owners, supply chain, and stakeholders, driving integration and monitoring progress.

Requirements

• Big-picture operator who sees how changes affect the entire system
• Understands relationships between scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes
• Takes full responsibility for managed areas, including numbers, forecasts, and milestones
• Makes quick, confident decisions and identifies risks and opportunities early
• Coordinates with other TPMs to prepare project reports for all management levels

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate budget, schedule, and product development plans
• Collaborate with Structures work package owners to define activities across all program phases
• Support Supply Chain with external supplier management
• Provide engineering inputs to integrated master schedule for accurate program metrics
• Define goals, track deliverables, identify risk, and drive mitigation plans
