💼 About This Role

You'll join our first structured 18-month trainee program, preparing for a career in product ownership, customer success, or platform management. You'll build skills through six phases with real deliverables, from foundations to full responsibility over a product scope. This program offers direct mentorship and peer learning with another trainee.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a product scope and set direction for what gets built and why
• Serve as bridge between engineers, customers, and business stakeholders
• Govern complex delivery and manage external partners
• Lead discovery and business cases for product and platform workflows

📋 Requirements

• Completed qualification in an IT-related field (university degree or vocational)
• Genuine interest in software and how digital products are built
• Fluent English written and spoken
• Clear structured communication skills
