💼 About This Role

You'll lead the CloudSecure product roadmap and develop a top-notch engineering team at Illumio, a leader in Zero Trust Segmentation. You'll drive rapid iteration and delivery of a new cloud security product, working across functions to balance business needs and release deadlines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver roadmap for the new CloudSecure product.
• Grow and develop the engineering team.
• Make critical feature and release decisions across functions.
• Define and drive rapid development and iteration process.

📋 Requirements

• BS Computer Science or equivalent
• 10 years experience planning, designing, developing software.
• 6 years as a People Manager in software development.
• Experience building cloud products (cloud security preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of good user interface design and visualization.
• Experience with public cloud APIs and services for securing cloud entities.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, testing automation.
