🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify unmet partner needs through market research and stakeholder feedback
• Design and refine activation, escalation, and deactivation processes
• Partner with Product to define features and prioritize delivery milestones
• Develop KPIs and ensure readiness for global market launches

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in strategy, business development, or program management in tech/travel
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering business results
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel
