🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct care to residents.
• Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care.

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• CPR certification.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice.
