💼 About This Role

You'll join the Process Server Development team to review service events for compliance with court and customer requirements. You'll investigate complaints and conduct audits to ensure quality and accuracy. This role offers remote work within Puerto Rico and the chance to support a national leader in service of process.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review service events for compliance with ABC, court, and customer requirements
• Provide education and instruction to process servers regarding service requirements
• Investigate service complaints and create investigation reports
• Perform DCA required audits of process server logbooks

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6-12 months relevant experience preferred
• Excellent written communication skills, specifically professional email communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Writing experience in a professional or higher education environment
• Ability to take concise and effective notes
• Experience working remotely using Microsoft Teams
