💼 About This Role

You'll lead drug delivery and formulation strategies for pre-IND development at a growing biotech. You'll drive innovation from concept through preclinical validation and strengthen the IP portfolio. This role offers the chance to work on multiple modalities and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop drug delivery strategies for small molecules, biologics, peptides.
• Design and execute lab experiments to optimize delivery systems.
• Interpret PK/PD data to refine delivery approaches.
• Manage CRO partnerships and external collaborations.

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in drug delivery and novel platform development.
• Experience managing CROs and external research collaborations.
• Track record of platform innovation and patents in drug delivery.
