You'll serve as the primary post-sale contact for clients, driving adoption and revenue growth. You'll conduct executive business reviews and act as a trusted advisor to ensure maximum value from Bazaarvoice products.

• Influence client's internal metrics for success.
• Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews.
• Engage in proactive client engagements for loyalty and growth.
• Manage client lifecycle across a portfolio of accounts.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in client services/account management with Fortune 1000 clients.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven relationship building with executive champions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts concurrently.
