💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex transformation programmes for PEXA's UK property clients, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders from discovery through implementation. You'll combine deep industry expertise with strategic thinking to help customers unlock the value of PEXA's world-first platform. You'll also shape delivery frameworks and influence product direction internally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery and scoping engagements with senior stakeholders
• Facilitate detailed design workshops for customer processes and operating models
• Drive continuous improvement and benefits realisation post go-live
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to delivery frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in consulting or advisory roles delivering complex transformation
• Significant experience in the UK property industry (mortgage lending or conveyancing)
• Hands-on experience with conveyancing technology like case management systems
• Proven pre-sales capability including business case development
