💼 About This Role

You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure areas meet visual standards.
• Operate the register and process sales transactions.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• Previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
