Description

You will support Operational Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Value Assessments by demonstrating the qualitative and quantitative benefits of the Boomi platform to stakeholders. You will extract and analyze platform usage data to create insights-driven deliverables that enable informed decision-making and continuous optimization of customer implementations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Advisory, Data Analysis, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in data analysis and creating executive-level presentations
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, PowerBI/Tableau, Gainsight, Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Extract and analyze platform usage, adoption trends, and value metrics for customer deliverables
  • Prepare data-backed presentations for Monthly Adoption Reviews and QBRs
  • Conduct structured value assessments to showcase business outcomes
  • Provide contextualized feature recommendations based on customer activity and industry trends
  • Standardize best practices for adoption and value realization discussions
