💼 About This Role

You'll partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to enhance and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Advanced Compensation. You will configure business processes, develop custom reports, and support integrations with internal and external systems. Your work directly impacts a multibillion-dollar asset manager applying AI to investment management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enhance and maintain Workday HCM modules (Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, etc.).
• Configure business processes, condition rules, and calculated fields.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
• Participate in Workday release management and integration support.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience configuring Workday HCM modules.
• Hands-on experience with at least three of: Core HCM, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, or Reporting.
• Strong understanding of business processes, calculated fields, and security frameworks.
• Experience developing custom reports (advanced, composite, matrix).
