💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a yield expert analyzing patterns to make data-driven decisions for a large publisher network. You'll lead day-to-day optimizations and drive revenue generation across 500M+ sessions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as escalation point for ad operations troubleshooting.
• Manage 3rd party vendor relationships and task completion.
• Oversee day-to-day optimization of sites and demand stack.
• Lead team in fixing revenue, impression, and KPI inaccuracies.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Digital Media or ad tech space.
• 2+ years managing Customer Success or Ad Operations teams.
• Expert in GAM, GTM, GA and other Google products.
• Deep understanding of ad monetization at scale (programmatic).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Asana, Jira, and Slack.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven self-starter with ability to drive initiatives.
