You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new team members and assist with daily operations and sales targets. This role combines customer engagement with leadership development in a fun retail environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Support planogram changes and merchandising updates.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
