💼 About This Role

You'll lead development of technical solutions for cislunar missions as the R&D point of contact for business development teams. You'll engage directly with customers, perform analysis, and coordinate engineers to deliver proposals based on ispace's products and roadmap. This hybrid role in Tokyo reports to the EVP of R&D.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as R&D point of contact for business development teams globally
• Engage directly with customers to understand mission requirements
• Create tailored technical proposals using current and future products
• Coordinate engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of projects

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years experience with relevant missions and orbits
• Experience with at least two spacecraft subsystems (e.g., propulsion, power, thermal)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in technical proposal writing for government or industry
• 3+ years of project/technical management of small teams
• Familiarity with GMAT, STK, Python, or MATLAB
