💼 About This Role

You'll act as BJAK's on-the-ground leader for insurance partnerships and distribution in the UK, building strategic relationships and executing commercial strategies. You'll drive revenue impact through fast-paced partnership acquisition and activation. This role offers a chance to shape BJAK's UK expansion directly with senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, prospect, and close strategic insurer partnerships
• Own full partnership lifecycle from outreach to go-live
• Manage pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene
• Lead commercial negotiations with cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in insurance or fintech
• Strong commercial and negotiation capability
• Highly self-driven and proactive, no hand-holding
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
