Description
You will lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive growth in fund administration solutions for private equity, private credit, and real estate funds. You'll oversee consultative sales processes, champion our technology, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand market share and increase ARR.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience leading Sales or Business Development teams across multiple business lines
- Subject matter expertise in Private Equity, Private Credit, and Fund Administration
- Track record of exceeding quota as a sales leader and individual contributor
- Experience with private capital markets community (lawyers, investors, bankers)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, experience with C-level executives
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth across Fund Administration solutions
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~10 Enterprise Account Executives to hit quota and revenue targets
- Foster a culture of training and coaching to ramp new reps and build sales acumen
- Drive holistic GTM motion integrating Marketing, Channel, and Sales
- Partner with recruiting to build a strong talent pipeline
