Description
You will act as a trusted advisor to ~40 customers, developing tailored success plans, driving platform adoption, and identifying upsell opportunities. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers achieve their goals while contributing to product improvements and AI-driven workflow innovation.
Requirements
- 2+ years customer success experience with a track record of building relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Experience explaining how to reach key goals using software with end users
- Experience in marketing or advising customers on marketing strategy
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Salesforce or similar CRMs
Responsibilities
- Be passionate about customers' success and establish yourself as trusted advisor for ~40 customers
- Develop tailored success plans to drive platform adoption and achieve customer goals
- Identify and recommend additional Klaviyo products to increase customer revenue
- Proactively review customer performance, address issues, and ensure consistent messaging
- Work cross-functionally with Onboarding, Customer Growth, and internal teams to solve customer goals
