💼 About This Role

You'll lead Qonto's API and integration ecosystem, serving hundreds of thousands of SMEs. Your work will directly impact revenue and user retention by driving the vision for native integrations and Public APIs. This is a strategic role in a high-growth fintech that values deep thinking over shipping volume.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute product strategy for API and integration products
• Manage and scale core integration products including Public API and Developer Portal
• Build and nurture relationships with external technical partners
• Champion product quality for reliable and exceptional user experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Market Directors, and Customer Success

📋 Requirements

• Product Manager experience with API products, Banking-as-a-Service, or complex integrations
• Ability to map competitive landscape and define build vs. buy decisions
• Experience managing external technical partners and building trust
• Strong communication skills to align diverse internal stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Domain experience in fintech or banking
• Familiarity with AI and Model Context Protocols (MCP)
• Experience with developer portals and public APIs
