Description

You will optimize Anduril's supply chain warehousing and material flow operations for best-in-class quality, reliability, speed, and asset utilization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production constraints, own performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 12+ years experience in high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

Responsibilities

• Scale best-in-class solutions across programs from development to full rate production
• Identify and resolve imbalances and bottlenecks in inventory, line layouts, and staffing
• Own metrics and KPIs for production line health and efficiency
• Conduct time studies and develop processes to optimize workflows
• Produce data-driven tools to increase work demand accuracy
