Description

As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will support the People Team in interpreting and implementing initiatives, programs, and policies to ensure compliance, drive engagement, and foster a positive work environment. You will support employees throughout the lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and promotions—while collaborating with leaders to coach and support the business as it scales.

Working knowledge of HR functions: employee relations, payroll, benefits, talent management
Strong initiative, eager to learn, and solve business problems

Ability to maintain a strong onsite presence

Responsibilities

Support Regional HR Business Partner with People team initiatives and programs
Provide HR support and guidance for retail dispensaries in Central and Southern Illinois
Manage employee life cycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance management, promotions/transfers
Coach and challenge leaders to foster a high-performing, engaged team
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
