Description

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to children and families in Iowa, collaborating with schools and stakeholders to remove barriers to care. Deliver virtual therapy using modalities like CBT and PCIT, while completing clinical documentation and participating in team consultations.

Requirements

• Master's-level therapist independently licensed in Iowa (LMFT, LISW, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
• Experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches
• Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology
• Committed to expanding access to high-quality mental health care

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children ages 0-17 and families
• Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, PMT, PCIT, CPP
• Complete timely clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes)
• Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings
