Description

You will provide remote telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults with complex needs, using evidence-based modalities in a group setting. This role offers flexibility, consistent scheduling, and a supportive team so you can focus on high-quality care.

Requirements

• Independent or associate licensure in Delaware (LMSW, LACMH, LAMFT, LCSW, LPCHM, LMFT)
• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
• Available evenings and Saturdays (full-time)

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults
• Integrate multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
• Collaborate in case discussions
• Build strong client relationships in group settings (max 8 clients per group)
