You'll guide architecture reviews and craft tailored solutions that showcase the platform's value. This role offers the chance to build and scale customer processes at a venture-backed startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide technical pre-sales conversations and architecture reviews
• Support customers through onboarding and integrations
• Tackle RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets
• Translate customer needs into product insights

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar SaaS role
• Comfortable with APIs, SSO, and basic scripting (Python, JS)
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

• LMS integration experience
• SQL experience
• Prompt engineering skills
